So I went to this foot doctor today for the first time with having a heel spur. I can say I loved the way the staff provided service to me. All the staff at family foot and ankle are very personable and welcoming from the front desk to the nursing staff and Doctors. Dr. Rick Chen is an incredible surgeon! He is a pleasant doctor that listens to his patient's concerns and answers all questions thoroughly. Dr. Chen performed a tendon repair & replacement on my right foot. I am 7 weeks post op. My pain is mininal and my incision looks so much better than I expected!!!!! I'd rate him 100⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Highly recommend🙂
